So I came across a photography blog! They give tutorials, and tips and have a weekly contest! This week the theme is nostalgia...any picture that makes you nostalgic or has a nostalgic item in it! Cool huh? I am looking forward to reading through the tutorials and learning as much as I can! :)
This picture of my daughter Harmony was taken in June on a family vacation we took to Utah! It was sooooo nice, a family in our church set up a week away for all our pastors and their families. It was so nice being out of cell phone range, just taking time to be with each other, relax and have some fun! It was a great trip! We did some wildflower picking on some hikes we took with the kids. This is the flower that Harmy was especially proud of-since all things purple are hers! lolI don't have photoshop yet, but I love this picture! We are SO looking forward to next year's trip!

This photo is precious. And your story is great. Getting away from technology for a while always does me good. And is so relaxing.
ReplyDeleteI just happened to stumble across your blog from a comment you left on another I Heart Faces post.
I read several of your posts and really enjoyed them.
"Sex is Sticky" reflects a lot of wisdom.
I enjoyed "getting to know you" better in your first post. Our God is faithful and a healer.
PS My husband and I had a two year plan when we got married too, and three months later we were expecting. :P We now have two.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
ReplyDeleteWhat a BEAUTIFUL picture!!
Great first entry! :0) Can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve for the next challenge.
ReplyDeleteHello! Thanks for stopping by my blog! I enjoyed your comment and headed on over here to read some of your stuff.
ReplyDeleteI also had three kiddies in three years, so I know that feeling well! How old are your little ones? Mine are 3, 2, and 1. :) Life is not busy at all... haha
oh, and the song you named your blog after is one of my absolute favorites!
